Hi Ladies. May I join in? I've been counting calories (abt. 1400 a day) since the first of January and getting in my 80 oz of water a day. To date, I have lost 4 lbs (i know it's most likely water). I just borrowed my roommates Turbo Jam and know it works if you use it (she loss 40 lbs over the last six months). I'm excited to have a group to chat with since no one I hang out with is exercising.

Welcome DanielleAshley! I was reading your post with your progress pics just last week, and congratualtions on your loss! All your hard work has really paid off :)

Friday January 23rd:

Breakfast: Cottage cheese
1/2 potato

Snack: FF blueberry yogurt
small serving chicken breast
cucumber salad

Lunch: Lean Cuisine panini
sierra mist free

Snack: skipped

Dinner: I also skipped dinner because we had friends over for drinks. I had 4 budlights in place of dinner :( oops

The DREADED Weekend:

Saturday January 24th:

Breakfast:
Skipped - sleeping in!

Lunch: 1 Sourdough Jack burger (ok, ok i know! But it's great hangover food! :p)

Dinner:Chicken & rice soup, ... but i just ate the rice floating around in it, and drank the broth. Wasn't feeling too good from the night before ...


Sunday January 25th:

Breakfast: Bean and rice burrito w/ whole wheat tortilla w/ salsa

Lunch: 1 cup chili beans
1 Dr. Pepper

Snack: A few bites of a coconut & chocolate ice cream bar (oops)

Dinner: Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, home made

Yeah, I splurged today. Weekends are SO hard for me :(

I've decided just to calorie count instead of follow the nutrional plan in the BFL book. It's a little strict for me. But I'm still going to follow the workout routine since I love it.

Monday January 26th:

Breakfast:
LF Cottage Cheese - 80 cals
Strawberries - 46 cals

Snack: skinny vAnilla latte - 90 cals

Lunch: Lean Cuisine pizza - 330 cals

Dinner Biscuits & gravy - 480 cals

Totals Cals: 1026

EXERCISE: Run, 3.65 miles

Dinner:Handful of Doritos spicy nacho chips - 140 cals --- I was out running around last night and didn't want to stop for fast food (sometimes eating out will "un-do" the rest of my week) It was late when I got home so I didn't want to eat. I'm really hungry this morning though.

Total Calories: 716

Hey girls! Sorry I disappeared for a couple of days. I was good on calories, but haven't been exercising enough.

Am very excited though! I weighed myself this morning and I'm 152.8! :) Yay!

I had a breakfast burrito with ham, eggs, potato, and salsa. It was HUGE. I have no idea how many cals it was, but i'm sure it was a lot.

Lunch: The other half of that huge burrito LoL

Snack: popcorn - 100 cals -- i'm still eating?

Dinner: skipped dinner but I drank 2 budlights - 220 cals

Total calories: :?: not sure -- i know that burrito was bad!

And, I didn't exercise. TOM came to visit so I'm just not in the mood LOL

bc our power had been out and we had to sleep at my dad's and i didn't get any sleep last night was my first night back in my own bed so i slept til noon today. so needless to say i slept through breakfast.

I just gave birth to my first baby two months ago and now I'm 50lbs heavier:(
I've been trying for the past three weeks to get back on track but I can't seem to do it. I'm 5'8 and the last time I weighed myself I was 207:/
I'm giving it one more try...
