Hi Ladies. May I join in? I've been counting calories (abt. 1400 a day) since the first of January and getting in my 80 oz of water a day. To date, I have lost 4 lbs (i know it's most likely water). I just borrowed my roommates Turbo Jam and know it works if you use it (she loss 40 lbs over the last six months). I'm excited to have a group to chat with since no one I hang out with is exercising.

Saturday January 24th: Breakfast: Skipped - sleeping in! Lunch: 1 Sourdough Jack burger (ok, ok i know! But it's great hangover food! :p) Dinner:Chicken & rice soup, ... but i just ate the rice floating around in it, and drank the broth. Wasn't feeling too good from the night before ... Sunday January 25th: Breakfast: Bean and rice burrito w/ whole wheat tortilla w/ salsa Lunch: 1 cup chili beans 1 Dr. Pepper Snack: A few bites of a coconut & chocolate ice cream bar (oops) Dinner: Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, home made Yeah, I splurged today. I've decided just to calorie count instead of follow the nutrional plan in the BFL book. It's a little strict for me. But I'm still going to follow the workout routine since I love it.

I'm really hungry this morning though. Total Calories: 716 |
okay so we had no power from midnight monday night til like two hours ago except for a few hours it came on and off on tuesday. so i'm a little behind.

Wednesday January 28th: Breakfast: I had a breakfast burrito with ham, eggs, potato, and salsa. It was HUGE. I have no idea how many cals it was, but i'm sure it was a lot. Lunch: The other half of that huge burrito LoL Snack: popcorn - 100 cals -- i'm still eating? Dinner: skipped dinner but I drank 2 budlights - 220 cals Total calories: :?: not sure -- i know that burrito was bad! And, I didn't exercise. TOM came to visit so I'm just not in the mood LOL |

Would it be okay for me to join? I just gave birth to my first baby two months ago and now I'm 50lbs heavier:( I've been trying for the past three weeks to get back on track but I can't seem to do it. I'm 5'8 and the last time I weighed myself I was 207:/ I'm giving it one more try... |
