Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Finding time to eat healthy and avoid fast food simply because its convienient.
Following any specific plan: Just trying to eat right and a half hour at PF 3 times a week.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I just recently got married and my husband and I are making efforts to become healthier and boost our selfesteem. I think having his support helps alot.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Staying active once work starts.
Following any specific plan: Right now going on power walks for at least 20 minutes a day and cutting back my calorie intake. Considering trying slimfast again, as I've had success with that in the past.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm trying a lot harder to create a healthy lifestyle from this, not just a temporary diet spree.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I have finally hit that 'aha' moment and realized just how bad I've been treating my body. I've not only let myself be heavy, but I was feeding my body horrible foods and expecting optimum performance. I want to be happy in photos, be able to go to the pool or the beach and not be ashamed, among many other things...
Anything else you would like to share with us: My husband is helping me by giving encouragement and telling me when he sees that I've lost weight. It would be helpful if I could team up with another person or people to share obstacles and get extra help.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: i lost weight last year and gained some back and it just clicked that it can only go downhill from here if i dont lose weight cuz im 24 and i want to live my life, not let it slip away because my weight is holding me back.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: My weight has always fluctuated, but a few years ago I was taking medication and hormones that messed with my system. I went from a steady 180 (a little overweight, but generally happy) to 220, and then gained another 30 pounds while in graduate school. Now I'm ready to make the journey back to where I started. I have more time, and I have the support of my family and friends to get there. Oh, and I'm not on the meds anymore.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I'm really enjoying the Fat Smash Diet. Pretty simple, and I feel like I'm always eating!

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: No emotional/impulse eating. Seriously. I'm the worst about it.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm going to be graduating from college in May 2010, and I'd love to be healthier and more active.

Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: Oh lord, September 2007. I've been off the wagon for a lo-o-o-ng time.
Starting Weight: 240, way back in September, I got down to 175, then took a quick ride back up the weight ladder and have hovered around 215 for the last year.
Present Weight: 208
Goal Weight: 160 (it's difficult to imagine that, right now)
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: Believing in myself, not half-assing everything.
Following any specific plan: Calorie Counting. After two months and losing only 5-7 pounds (keeps jumping back and forth), I realized that if I don't calorie count, this just isn't going to work.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This time I'm putting in a lot more effort. Last time I had a drastic lifestyle change, going from completely sedentary, to moving away and getting rid of my car, walking everywhere, becoming vegan and having to buy food on my own! The weight came off by accident. Now, I already have a relatively active lifestyle, and I already eat healthy! Even brown rice can pack on the pounds! I guess vegan cupcakes are just as bad as regular ones.
