Following any specific plan: Logging all my food on DietPower and exercising at least 5 days a week. Training for a marathon at the end of the year.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: Logging EVERYDAY, even overeating days. No more, "oh this day is ruined, I'll start over tomorrow and eat anything I want today!" I have to stay accountable. Every calorie counts.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: This is the first time that I have actually started to follow a plan. I am serious about it this time.
Anything else you would like to share with us: Everytime I have wanted to lose weight before, I have just talked about it...never actually done anything about it. I have been on the 6 Week Body Makeover for 6 weeks and I will be continuing on it until I lose my goal of 70 total pounds.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am at the heaviest I have ever been and it has been really taking a toll on my body. Before, I have gained weight but not this much. I can actually feel my health deteriorating at 23 (!)
Anything else you would like to share with us:I really want to get motivated and do this for ME! The support on here is great and I hope that others can keep me motivated and urge me to meet my goals!

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm seriously ready to lose weight. I have stuck to this plan more than any thing I've tried before.

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I have really long workdays and lots of homework at night so snacking--esp. late night snacking to stay awake--is my biggest problem.
Following any specific plan: Not at the moment...too difficult to explain but school presents many difficulties when trying to follow a weight loss plan (unless one is deemed "overweight" by the system and put on a weight remediation plan...which isn't a good time), so once school is over I think I'd like to add in some Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers or something.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I'm tracking my weight loss online here....so there's more pressure to get it done. And I'm learning to accept that losing weight is more of a lifestyle change than a quick fix to something.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I think the main difference has been seeing that I can actually do it, that I can go for weeks without touching a single piece of junk food and I feel just as a good, if not better. I see how I am on good days - happy and proud, on binge days I am upset and depressed. Its those little things that made me realise that I can do it!
Anything else you would like to share with us: I am just so happy to have found this place! I've been doing ok alone but unfortunately I don't really have anyone at all that can really support me, my friends aren't too concerned with what they eat (and yet they are all sticks :P), and my family have been subjected to far too much of my constant "I am gonna do it!" and then ofcourse not doing it! I just really think what's meet missing is having the opportunity to talk with others my age and in my shoes, and for us to support each other

Starting Weight: 195 lbs - estimated since I stopped weighing at 187 and definitely gained after that. I was finally shocked into taking action when a size 16 became too tight.

-have a folder of pictures of what I want my goal to look like and a folder of pictures of myself that remind me of the former weight.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: If I fall off the wagon and binge one day or even a couple days, I tell myself that it didn't ruin everything and I will go back to being watchful the next day.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I find jeans that fit then buy a pair one size too small and wear them only around the house for motivation

Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I can't pick just one! Lack of motivation and binging are the two biggest.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: In the past, I've tried to starve the weight off and ended up overeating instead. This time, I'm doing it the right way.
