GUH. Would you BELIEVE that I only lost .2 lbs!? That being said, I feel kinda bloated and icky, I think I might lose a good amount next week... I weighed in much lighter yesterday. 146.2!!!!!

Wow, Jelbb. I'm in exactly the same place you are this week. I only lost 0.2 lbs as well.
I've never felt bloated during my TOM before, but this time I was really bloated and emotional. I'm just glad I more or less stuck to my exercise schedule and I didn't actually gain like I had feared on Saturday morning.
Hey Jelbb, even if you're not 145 by Friday, your boyfriend is still going to be wowed, don't worry! You have a great time on your trip! I'm really excited for you!
Anyway, this week I'm determined to get a loss! I get so discouraged so easily. T_T Ah well, onward!

Hey AS22! I know exactly how you feel. This past week I've had to struggle with motivation a little bit and also with being busy, it was just a no show for posting in this thread. I'm sorry I wasn't around to try to cheer you a little bit! I'm sorry about your gain. Don't feel too bad about it. December is just terrible for weight loss!

SOOOOOOOOOO close to the 170's I can taste it! I too want to be in the
170s by next week! That will be my goal for the week, but of course I think this will be our last weigh in so I will have to keep motivated for myself...Sorry I have not lost more in the past 4 weeks, I am not sure what happened but I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK! Maybe because its the TOM starting last saturday and its still here!---SURE LETS BLAME THE HORMONES!
I am seeing nutritionist this wednesday, hoping she can give me some pointers, I mean she cant fix my willpower but maybe she can help me get back on track!
I need to get to my goal for me, I have been saying i want to be 145 for so long now, i need to prove to myself i can do it!
