Yay for our weights going down...
Guess what ladies? I'M IN THE 140s!!!!! This morning I was 149.6 lbs.
My god. I haven't weighed this little since.. since.. oh, oh! Second year of university, I weighed 147 lbs. Yes, and only cos I was trying REALLY hard.
So THAT means that I've lost 2.4 lbs this week for our team, MUWAHA!
I honestly teared up just a tiny bit while standing on my scale. I've officially and without a doubt lost 14 lbs since my boyfriend was here, which is a "stone." If he doesn't notice that I've lost a stone, I will pick up a stone and beat him over the head with it.

Absolutely not, you can TOTALLY lose more than 2 lbs a week. It's just not necessarily completely healthy to lose a LOT more than 2 lbs a week. If you're in Onederland, and you're dropping 7 lbs a week consistently, it's probably because you're not eating, lol.
On The Biggest Loser, the contestants often lose 6-15 lbs a week, because they usually start in their 300s or 400s, and spend entire days working out.
Ahh, drinking a ton of water is such a good idea. Your body actually retains water for later use when you don't drink a lot of water, because you need it. So, when you drink a lot of water, it flushes out your system, and gets rid of the stored excess. (Is what I've understood.)
