Posting here in hopes of reaching my end-of-month goal of the 230s. Weigh-in today was 242.7. The upper 240s and lower 250s were very stubborn and giving me grief last month. I'm wondering if there's any truth to that little rumor that as you lose weight you're more likely to stall at weight ranges where you spent a lot of time on the way up to your highest weight So far the pattern fits for me... we'll see moving forward, I suppose..

242.1 (-0.6) today! Inching closer! Tonight's dinner will be meatballs with sauce, sausage, and peppers. Exactly one pound away from my next signature goal, 50lbs down

Was 243 yesterday and 244 today. I stopped tracking my food for a week because I got lazy and just logged everything I've been consuming over the last few days and figured out I was grossly over my kcal goal, hence the serious gains. Buckling down today and tomorrow hoping for an end of month whoosh. If not, no big deal; I will get to the next decade soon.

Yesterday I passed my "mini" goal 50 lbs down with a weigh-in of 240.7 today I rebounded to 241.4, but I think I'm retaining some water for shark week. We'll see what the next few days bring..

Hi ChickieBoom - well, I've been hovering around 245, and I mentally am imaging myself being in the 230's! I'm counting calories, trying to stay lowish carb, and also doing 16-8 (8 hour eating window or less).

I have a personal trainer at the gym twice a week, and today was training day. It is the only day I eat in the morning, so I have 3 meals a day on training day. The other 5 days, I am doing an "intermittent fast" of at least 17 hours a day. Somehow I feel like this gives me some control, and is pretty easy to do. I know it has stopped me from snacking at night several times, because my eating window has closed for the evening.

So I just got home from an hour in the pool doing exercises. I had a snack at about 4:30 and was going to eat something when I got home, but I'm happy to report that I don't feel the need. Yay! I'll have to go out to the pool during the dinner hour more often.

Today has been good foodwise, stayed on plan. Went to the grocery and bought appropriate foods. Tomorrow I plan to go to the pool in the morning and do water exercise before it gets too sunny. I weighed myself this morning, and despite doing really well yesterday, my weight stayed exactly the same. I'm hoping to see a downward move soon, by at least a little bit.
