I made it to 246.0 this morning. My scale will usually give me 3 different weights all in the same 2 lb range and it's annoying. I'm trying to only weigh once. It's hard to not "make sure" though.
I'm going to start swapping around my cardio where I'll do the treadmill some days and Leslie Sanson DVD others. I need the variety. Dh declared today he's gonna start his weight lifting again. This makes me pretty happy since I love his muscles. He's not over weight just got lazy with lifting. Since we're all clean eating, hes dropped extra weight unintentionally.
I've set myself a couple goals. I want to be 229 by Halloween and strive for 199 by New Years. The onederland goal will require a miracle but I'm gonna try anyways!
