*peeks in* Hi ladies! I'm going to join you guys, I'm finally in the 250s after spending forever in the 260s. lol it feels good. I got down to 255 but then I fell of my diet and gained back up to 265 and I was stuck there for almost 2 months. I tweaked my diet and exercise routine and started losing again and I'm back at 255

I eat 1200 calories and I walk for 40 minutes. When I was doing jillian michaels videos I lost weight the first few days then I gained it all back. I tried a few of her videos (completed them too) and no weight loss. So I just stopped doing the videos and just stuck to walking and I've been losing. So I guess that's what works for me.

I have lost 18.1 lbs so far, the first week 12lbs, second week 4.1lbs and this week only 2.3. I hope I lose more next week but that has put me at 254.1 lbs! I cant beleive it! In only 3 weeks!
You are all such an inspiration for me, not having any friends losing weight, its been great to have online support THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Wannaskipandlaugh, I agree with ubergirl and vdander24. And don't give up on your goal for the month. There are still three weeks left. You've got this!

Well.. I had a really bad evening.... good all day and the rest of the office ordered Italian.. so I smelled Meatball Parms and Sausage and peppers.. but I ate my Boars head and cheese roll ups..... But then someone took out my birthday cake from the fridge and LEFT IT ON THE TABLE at 5:10 it was still there... The cleaning people had already left ARGH... I took it.... Grew up with the Can't waste food family... and went on to meet my friends for an art walk and THEY DID NOT SHOW UP... so here I am with a 1/5 of a choc choc layer cake in my car and I am hurt and mad.... so guess (this is an easy answer) what I just did... ATE THE WHOLE F****** thing.. BOY am I an emotional eater. Truly... I know what I did cannot not be done again and I know I was wrong to do it and it did not make me happier.... Writing this down is actually helping.... SO NOW I am am talking to myself... I need to go back to being POSSITIVE SUE.... (twitch of the nose like Samantha on Betwitched).... there.... Starting NOW I am going to be in control and be happy and encouraging again.... If I whine.. HIT ME! LOLOL

Rant over and now I have killed the month of weight loss.... which hurts as I was counting on weighing close to 260 at the end of the month. SO I AM WISHING you all a GREAT month..so I know that someone was good.

Hugs and sweet dreams to all!
I hope you're feeling better today.
We all make these decisions. I think what really helps us stay on track are the decisions we make after. We drink some water, decide to resume our healthy eating plan, come to 3FC, etc. THAT's what determines long-term success, not a bit of cake. You can totally do this! In fact, you ARE doing this. You've got it, Sue! Feel better!

Sounds great! Way to go!

I intentionally broke my juice fast yesterday, and am slowly transitioning back to solid foods. I had soup yesterday with rice noodles. It was quite salty. I feel sad/panicky/worried the scale was up 1.1 lbs today. I'm hoping it's either the salt content or perhaps just having something solid in my body for the first time in over a week. I'll keep on track and take things as they come with the intent to lose weight. As an NSV, I did sleep early last night and got a honkin 11 hours of sleep. lol. Wish me luck! *fingers-crossed*

Hey all...

I fell off the wagon and am jumping back on. I am in the 260's and am joining a gym today. I don't get much support at home, as my family just tells me that its not going to work. LOL I tell ya, when are people ever going to change?

So I'm here to give and get support... probably get more than give

I'm Amanda. Nice to meet you all!!!!

I wonder if it's due to a time zone difference. Your post reads as 9:24am on my screen. I'm in the eastern time zone (north america), though. Could that be it?

Thanks, belovedspirit!!! I know I can, it's just the lack of support and the lack of motivation I have.

I did just join the Y, which does 2 yr child care, so I have no excuses!!!!

I need you in the back of my head to keep yelling that at me

Oh my gosh... there are so many NEW and WONDERFUL people here now... This is going to be fun to all work together to get to the next thread! It looks like everyone has lost too and those starting over... Good for you. Me too after my debacle and whine fest yesterday. Clean slate for all and onward and DOWNWARD....

Beloved... I hope that you are ok and that your body adjusts to solid food. You are amazing as you stuck with that juice fast. I think taking it alittle slow with the sodium might be good. Your heart isn't used to it and might get alittle overwhelmed. I send you hugs and love.

WOW I am so amazed at what awesome and amazing people that we have here. Makes me proud to be among you all..

Have a fantastic Friday all..

So glad to hear you're looking forward and onward!

Thanks! I am taking it very slowly. I want to make sure my body's not shocked and that I'm not in pain from eating again (all's well so far. ). So yesterday, I juiced as per usual, and had soup with rice noodles. I juiced again today and had a plain salad. I might have a little stir-fry tomorrow along with some of the things I've already had. It's all good.
