Hi I'm new here (1st post!!) I joined in Feb and am on the 17 week MetaSlim plan.

My number 1 reason for staying on plan today is the reaction from people i haven't seen for a while!!
The "oh my goodness, have you lost weight?"

So many other reasons but that one makes me feel good today!!

Got called skinny last night. Still riding that high!! Next time I see this person she will tell me I'm skinnier I hope!! There is nothing to take me off plan today, nothing!!

Staying on plan today because I'm stronger than any stress tossed in my path. I won't cave for anyone or anything, I'm staying on plan and keeping my eyes on the prize.

I am tired of not being able to do stuff because of my weight - I want to go to Six Flags and ride all the roller coasters and not worry about fitting in the seats, ride horses again, go river rafting and not worry there won't be a life jacket big enough...etc.

I wanted to start the pill at 175, but... I think I'm going to see if I can get it while I'm in the high 180s. My doc's scale puts me up 10lbs in winter clothes and trainers, so I'll be wearing very light clothing when I go, lol!!

Getting too much performance anxiety around 175, I'm starting uni in 6 months and I want my TOM to settle down before then if possible. My BMI would be under 35, so I think I have a shot at getting what I want

So, only about half a stone until I can make my appointment!! THAT I can do

I want to stay on track because I want to be in better shape/weigh less so I can do the things I love, like hiking and biking. Also, once I reach goal weight, I want to try some new things (like surfing!) so that is an incentive.
