Because those size 16 jeans are a little less tight, so I want them to become loose!

Staying on plan today so I can look awesome riding my new bike I bought at the end of last year. Spring weather is coming next week!

(This bike I bought last year was the only 28inch one I could find to fit my knees without hitting the handlebars. Got it home only to find out it had a 300lb weight limit and I was 320+/-. Was too embarrassed to tell my husband I might bend the frame or pop the tires so I never rode it, just kept telling him I wasn't confident enough yet to keep steady (yes, I lied...but I had to). Now I'm almost 100lbs less than the max weight, I hope this bike makes me look like a skinny-Minnie! Well, as much of a skinny-Minnie as possible. )

Because when I tried on swimsuits I could fit in to a smaller size and the only reason I didn't buy was because of style instead of fit

1. Because all my old clothes are starting to fit! Love that
2. Because we moved our wedding date up a whole year and I have 18 months to look da bomb.

1. Because I have no cycle and want to have a baby at some point.
2. I want to see my old self in the mirror again, when I was confident and proud of my appearance.
3. I want to swap clothes with my Mom. That is something I have not done since the 6th grade! I think I would cry if I could go into her closet and put something on. I went through my teenage and young adult years and now my 30's not knowing what it's like to swap clothes!

The weight limit thing is a HUGE one for me. We spent a fortune on a 500lb limit camping chair at Cabella's last summer, and I remember being humiliated when I came out of the camper when we were out east to see my brother in law sitting in it and joking about how huge it was. I've only used it like four times, but I don't even care if it's a waste. (and it isn't like I can't still use it). It's a huge progress marker.

I'm looking forward to jumping on my nephew's trampoline!

Because I realized last night that if I lose 9.5lbs each month, I could be in onederland by Christmas, beating my ticker goal by three months! That's doable only if I'm diligent every day, which will be tough but SO worth it!

I'm getting on the onederland express train this week and never ever looking back again. I have to lose 2.6lbs this week by Monday to get there.

Onederland or bust, I say!

What a wonderful thread.

I'm staying on plan today because when I stay on plan I don't get heartburn.
