Staying on plan because my supermarket receipt only had 3 categories on it today, "meat", "deli", "produce". The produce took up 3/4ths of the receipt and it made me happy. There wasn't one processed food in my whole order. The only reason for the deli is my husband likes it for lunch. Otherwise, it would have only been lean proteins and veggies! This time last year would have been deli, meat (ribs, chicken wings, burgers), and all processed crap (cookies, chips, coke, etc.).
Today was a rainbow of veggies and it was beautiful!!!
