Good morning everyone.

I really struggled through my workout.. first my 3yo got up needing help getting his undies and pants back on.. luckily I was in the warm up phase of the workout and could keep moving while helping him..lol Then I get a text.. well super early in the AM is usually not a good sign so I checked and it was hubby needing a password for some machine or computer at work.. he left it in the bathroom... so I kept moving while texting him the info back. Then there were kids underfoot.. but I kept telling them if they got kicked it wasn't my fault. I managed to finish it without kicking anyone.

I had planned on the 1mile WATP today, but when it started, compliments of autoresume, it was still on the 2mi from yesterday so I just went with the flow and did it. I'm sore in my shoulders but I feel accomplished.

Hubby had to go out of town again this week. I spent the morning doing laundry, baking cookies for tomorrow {Oatmeal Pumpkin spice}, and knitting. Its warming up for the weekend but then it will rain. Back later with my workout.

Fawn, welcome!

Good morning all

Did the 1mi WATP video this morning.. and it felt like I didn't do enough! I guess that is a good sign that I'm getting back to where I belong.

I putzed with my free weights last night... my arms are killing me today.. again a good sign right?

I bought a few of the Biggest Loser books on a dirt cheap ebay auction the other day. One is their Fitness Plan one. Going to start doing that 3 days a week on top of my WATP. Probably won't start that till Monday.

Oh and Joy... yeah they definately get needier. My 13yo is the biggest pain in my rump..lol Hubby is pretty needy too, but at least his mom raised him pretty well... I just have to remind him of things 500 times..lol

Knowing I need to flush out the crap I ate last night (hot wings, waffle fries, carrot cake... UGGGGGHHHHH), I did the 2mi WATP this morning and hope to hit the treadmill this afternoon, then grocery shopping tonight.. for a family of 6 for 2 weeks I end up pushing a mighty heavy cart by the time I'm done... slight bonus there.

I'm so glad my 13yo is a boy..lol with his attitude, if he was a girl I would definitely have to kill him..lol I only have 1 girl, who goes through enough clothes a day for 10 girls, and she is only 7. Her teen years frighten me! lol

oh just wait its coming lol the clothes are just the beginning! nothing of mine is safe or "mine" anymore! my make-up, hair products, smell goods, lotions, jewelery, shoes, clothes she can modify has become "ours" it seems! mind you she has her own stuff in abundance but still "needs" mine n it drives me nuts! if she had been our 1st she would prolly have been an only child (been a handful since the very night i got pregnant w/her!)!

I have 2 girls (5/8). One tomboy and one girly girl. I am dreading the teenage years with 2, 3 years apart. I hear you about pushing a cart full of groceries. We only have 4 in our family.

I remember borrowing my moms cloths. She lost a lot of weight when I was in high school and we were wearing the same size. It was very strange but cool.

Good morning folks.

Never did make it to the treadmill yesterday like I wanted, but that is ok. It was just extra I wanted to do.

Pretty proud of myself, my spark people has started yelling at me that I needed to update my fitness levels.. which ups what it wants me to eat calorie wise. Not sure I will listen to it, but it's a good feeling to see that the amount of exercise I'm doing is increasing.

Don't hang your head too low findingfawn. We all have our "off" days! I can relate when you said it feels good to see your exercising is increasing. I never thought I would actually enjoy and look forward to working out.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Of course mouthy teenager was up before I got up this morning, so I went downstairs and punished myself on the treadmill instead of doing my WATP.

I bumped up to 3mph today (last weekend I did 2.5mph) and even threw in a few 30-60 second "sprints" at 4mph. Ok 4mph is hardly a sprint to most, everyone has to start somewhere right?
