* my family still going to the YMCA!
* my energy levels getting a little higher.
* the scale moving down another lb. at weigh-in yesterday.
* hubby being able to spend time at home past few days.

- talked to my sister and she is coming for a long visit in October

- knowing when to go and knowing when to sit still

- frozen peas and heating pad.. love 'em

- fun with the neighbors last night

- that I can talk to my Mom, Rachel (other mother), and my sister anytime I want.

- the carpet looks so good from the cleaning this week

* we looked at the bank account last night and by eating healthy we've been able to save money this month
* my dreams are not real (I had a really strange night mare last night and have them quite often and I'm glad that when I wake up they are not real)

I have many things to be grateful for, but today I want to focus on the weight related ones.

I am grateful that I have gained control over sugar.
I am grateful that I have lost enough weight on this reboot to be encouraged.
I am grateful that I can afford to buy healthy food.
I am grateful that God gives us so many tasty foods!
I am grateful that I can walk enough to get exercise.

- I've had six days of food sanity and doing my stretches & strengthing exercises... I am so grateful

- such a nice day with DH yesterday.

- talked to DS. Next weekend is their fifth anniversary and we will watch Alex and Maya while they go the the football game and a out for a dinner for two. Being a grandma is totally joyful.

- willingness to try to stay away from sugar. I am still figuring it out

- the warm blanket my friend, frannie, made for me
