- mostly healthy food until bedtime - but, I am grateful that I have the willingness to get up and plan a healthy day (instead of continuing the overeating.
- all the neighbors have returned home safely from their travels. The children were excited to tell me about their trips...very joyful.
- it rained a bit last night
- wearing my pretty yellow and black dress - cheerful
- I can see our American Flag waving on the front porch.

* hubby was able to spend the whole day at home w/us yesterday.
* being able to get inside/outside cleaning caught up.
* Fall is on its way, such a beautiful time of year.
* school starting tomorrow! which means all new daily schedules to adjust to.
* all my appliances that make every day so much easier!
* my car, cellphone, internet, radio, tv.
* my family n friends.

*starting to understand what amount of calories I should be eating to continue to lose weight
*a day to cook food for the week and then freeze so we can eat healthy all week no excuses
*a warm condo that we own
*my cell phone because without it I would not track calories (I have tried to do it by pen and paper before and I just wont do it but with my phone I'm good to go)
- today is GS's first day of kindergarden. WOW...how quickly time has gone by. I am grateful for GS and the blessings his family have had.
- such a wonderful cookout with Mom.
- it's always fun to see and interact with the neighborhood children. They play outside all day. I am glad they aren't sitting around doing nothing. Love it.

*time to work in my classroom instead of having students today (first day is tomorrow)
*a clean home
*food for the week already cooked (including some vegetables)
*my ipod to keep me occupied while I work on my classroom
*my husband for driving or car that is not as nice
* ive got a week to lose the lb. i gained back! (heatbreaking/depressing)
* being able to start going to YMCA today!
* COFFEE!
* school starting back today!
* new horror movies being released!
* my hubby n kids n dogs!
* my parents n sisters!
* I feel ready and prepared for student's first day
* I have new cloths to wear on the first day which makes me feel more confident
* I have my own classroom
* My husband for moving laundry, putting away dishes, and cooking 2 meals yesterday that he then froze so we can healthy all week.
* and lastly but maybe most important... I put on my black work pants that I have not had on since I was at meetings in San Diego at the beg. of Aug... and the pants fit perfectly (the were really tight and uncomfortable at the beg. or Aug and now they fit like they should)
* day 2 at YMCA n i feel tired, shaky muscles, exhausted n yet invigorated n encouraged!
* my friends who joined me in my fitness journey today!
* the good LORD above for making all this fall into place for me!
* my family for becoming healthy with me!
* my health class, teacher n classmates!
* my dogs for being insistant on our walks!
