+ so glad the power stayed on through yesterday's t-storms

+ another lovely rain all day - nearly 2" - things look fresh outside

+ got a rum cake baked for Barb's birthday

+ my sewing studio is now back in order

+ relaxed and happy dogs this morning - lots of cuddling yesterday did the trick

+ Church this morning - nice to get back to routine after our minister's absence

+ time for a quick shopping trip later this morning to get a BD gift for my grandson

+ have a quilt to hand-sew binding - so relaxing while watching TV

+ my stash of bolts of cotton/polyester fabric has a home - Helen will take them to use to make dresses for girls in Haiti

oh what a beautiful morning!

* hubby has taken the day off to go to last drag race of the yr w/his cousin (he really needs the break).
* found a bunch of old horror movies at goodwill yesterday.
* the motivation to get chores done today!

* That we have enough frozen healthy meals so we did not have to cook a tone of food this weekend and freeze it
* I got some yoga pants from costco... they are a large and they fit -I bought them thinking that they would fit in 10-15lbs but then I tried them on and they totally fit now
* my husband for pushing us both to lose more weight
* That my classes are going good so far
* That I am loved

- Kara noticed the Sponge Bob in one of the planters I did on Saturday. She said, "It's SO beautiful." I had a giggle.

+ did some outside work this afternoon - branches are nearly all picked up now

+ my resistance muscle is feeling really strong to say NO at the meeting tonight re volunteers for Thanksgiving at the Mill

+ bought some new pants today although I have gained some weight over the summer

+ Jack the Rabbit reminded me that I have a Flying Monkey to send off to Cousin Cathie

+ my magenta coloured asters are starting to bloom - so pretty mixed with usual purple ones

+ bought some yellow fall mums yesterday for the Church planters which Claire cleaned out for me

+ last night's planning meeting was more fun that expected

+ slowly making the closet transition from summer into fall

+ the garden is gearing down and is ready for clean-up - sad but it's a cycle

+ crisp fall morning - only 37ºF this morning - invigorating

+ a very manageable and balanced To Do list this morning

+ got almost all my To Do list done yesterday

+ tonight's meeting is cancelled

+ got mums planted at the Church - they look good

+ 20 bolts of cotton/poly fabric will go out the door this morning to be made into dresses and shirts for Haitian children

+ finally completed package for auditor

+ nice chat with Susie last night - I am enjoying getting to know her better

+ the last of the yellow beans for dinner last night but green ones are coming

+ absolutely no sign of hay fever this year - I guess I've outgrown my allergy

+ starting to feel on top of things a bit more

- seeing the kids play on the HUGE dirt pile that my neighbor had delivered

I woke up grouchy and didn't think I had any gratitudes - but, as always...I thought of many things for which I can be grateful.
