First off - Way to go, Lin! Losing weight on a LONG vacation WITH friends... that's amazing! And good for the soul.
I have a weird question. WHAT is NSV? I see it used all the time and I come up with my own meanings... I know it's like "Super Extra Bonus" but that would be a SEB. Hrm... Good Week. School is CRAZY. 4 classes at all times of day throughout the week - all art classes with projects - I'm running ragged. AND... I'm running. I started C25K (I've been power walking it for 5 weeks now.. walk/speedwalk) so the other day I went to the dirt lots that they haven't started building on and started running. I've been reading up on running, running while overweight, fat runners etc. and I really wanted to try it. Dirt is so much kinder and more forgiving to run on than pavement. And I've done it for two days now with a break in between. I feel like a rockstar when I'm done. Not a good week weight wise as I gained 3.2 lbs from stress eating while waiting for my MRI results. Got those today though and they show NO sign of the cancer coming back! So despite my fall this week I had a MAJOR NSV and am back on track!

Rennie - Just hang in there. Make this week the best on plan week it can be. you can do it. I just crossed into the 160's. I know how you feel about the number going back up to the next decade. I bounced for quite a while at 171 or so and was so happy to see it go down that I almost cried when it crossed back over to the "dark side." LOL Lin |

243...down 2 at least? I can't keep up. All I know is that 220 by Turkey day is still in sight. :)
