Probably isn't the right place to do it, but I thought I'd post my before/during photos here, since this is where I post most often! I'm down 90lbs today, so it was time for another progress pic!

Before:

and 90lbs later:

Started out squeezing into a size 24 jeans, sometimes a 26, and now the jeans I'm wearing in this photo are my immediately pre-Maggie (my 5 year old) jeans (a 15/16). I was wearing a 22/24, 26/28 shirt, and now I wear XL or sometimes L. CRAZY! I have just 1lb to go until my next mini goal, where I'll get my new point & shoot camera that we bought on Black Friday, and then I have 36lbs to go until my goal weight...for now! I'll re-evaluate my goal weight once I reach it.

Kristi I wanted to say also, that you have a great smile. I've always liked your avatar because of your smile.

Aww, thank you Diana! My husband says that when I'm really grinning that my face is 85% smile - and I'm okay with that!

Hi everyone!

I'm down 2.2 today and hopefully will hold onto that for tomorrow. I had an unplanned dinner at a friends place -- she made spaghetti and meatballs -- so I tried to eat mostly meatballs, and little pasta, but hey, I did eat some. Lots of water and wishing today and hopefully I'll get away without a gain for tomorrow.

Ona & Kristi -- great progress you guys!

I'm only in the first half of my weight loss, but I think I will post a before and current pic -- I'll do that tomorrow. I love it when we share pics!

Angie - That is great that you are down 2.2 lbs! WOO HOO! I can't wait to see your pics!

FitKristi - Your smile is beautiful and your family is too! And you look amazing! So again, what are you doing for your workouts, because it is really working for you!

Akelly - Thanks for the encouragement! Have a safe trip and I hope you see some good numbers when you get back!

I ran tonight and weighed myself before I got online and I was 193. So I did see some movement in the right direction! I hope I wake up to another pound lower tomorrow, that would be nice! I need to get back to 189 again, so I can keep up the momentum.

Night all! See you in the morning!
Hugs,
Leah

Still out of scale action! It's been really hard for me not to weigh in, and I'm really frustrated, but am staying OP and hope I will have lost something !
Ona and Kristi- you girls are looking gorgeous. You have both rocked lately in the weight loss stakes- :congratulations:

Dec 31 - 218.1

1: 219.4 +1.3 TOM
2: 215.4 -4 TOM
3: 212.8 -2.6
4: 210.4 -2.4

Seriously?! HOW?! I know I'm due for a huge bounce back soon, I'm sure - but man! I must have been retaining some SERIOUS water or SOMETHING during my period. Geez!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Angie Congrats on the 2.2 pounds!

Lnoelparis You will get back to the 189 and less. Stay focused. Sometimes it takes a little time and we go through "blips".

Starbrite Don't get frustrated. Keep doing what you have been doing! We have to do that no matter what, even if we are in maintenance.

Calories for yesterday: 1440 + Morning Joe

Weigh In: 170.0

No Change

I know what it takes to get my numbers. Yeah, I've dealt with my share of stalls. But my cholesterol, blood glucose, and blood pressure numbers are all down, too! (Yeah, yeah, dr. knows and approves what I'm doing.)

Jan 1: a bounce up to 167.6 * 1330 calories
2: 167.4 * 816 calories
3: 166.6 * 765 calories * 3 miles treadmill & 20 minute DVD workout
4: 166.2

Good Morning!

I am down .8 today so that feels nice. TOM is gone now so hopefully he'll take some of this water with him!! I had a beautifully OP day yesterday and let me tell you it felt so good to be eating my own healthy cooking and doing my normal measuring and such. It felt good to be back in that routine. I will be OP today too. (take THAT, scale!)

Had a GREAT workout last night! C25K is really rocking my world! I did a modified Week 6. I warmed up for 5, ran for 12, walked for 3, ran for 10, and cooled down for 5. It was amazing!!! Friday is the big 25 min run. I am nervous but SO ready for the challenge! I am glad today is my off day, my left knee is a tad achy today.

I trust this process. I am making the right choices. My scale does not scare me.
