The exercise every day made a big difference this past week. I exercised everyday and went for a walk around stores on Sunday to get out of the house a little while. I've also been enjoying playing games on my pc it takes my mind off of food. Have a great week everybody!!

No weigh in today DD updated the wii and now my wii fit doesn't work! I was ranting like a mad thing this morning . I am hooked on daily weighing and find I NEED it to keep me sane. So starting weight is yesterdays 195.6. Hoping for 8 off in January - come on 180's !
Happy New year everyone
Up one this morning from my current low. I'm not concerned - fluctuations are a normal part of my process. Also, I ate dinner at between 11 and midnight last night (out at a late seating for New Year's Eve) and included a couple of drinks, a sure recipe for holding a bit of fluid in the AM. So this one will pass.
It was a bit sobering to step on the scales this morning. I'm at my all time high of 274.4. Yikes! I knew audit season at work had been stressful and I was feeding the stress. But, I had no idea how much! Things are winding down a bit at work, so it's time to start walking every day again.
