Weekly weighin
Challenge start: 240lb Last weigh in: Jan16 = 237lb This week: Jan 23 = 233lb (4lb lost! , 23lb to go.) I was shocked this morning!! I was expecting like 235, so 233 was great! :yay: And it's just the motivation I needed to keep on track!! |

I think I may need to change my goal - I'm doing a lot better than I imagined I would, and will probably meet my goal in a few weeks.. lol not that I'm complaining!!!! So far I've lost 6.6lb (3kg in my terms) - so I'm feeling pretty proud!

Awesome job everyone! We are doing some great collective work on this challenge, and will indeed be one group of even more awesome looking chickies come Easter. :cool: MadamButterfly, down another 2, great! I bet doing Zumba is helping to work some different muscle groups. Jen: 4 lbs! OMG!!! Heh heh. I would be super excited and disbelieving too, great job! Theox, great job getting back on the downward trend! And by 3 from last week, that's a great change! Patrizia, I totally hear you about TOM. My weight has pretty much been stable since Tuesday, but it usually goes down about a pound in that time period. I'm guessing it's also the imminent TOM etc. But even if it's slower than you like, 2 lbs is doing a great job! I will be heading out for my road-trip vacation tomorrow everyone, so I'll miss next week's weigh in. Keep up all the great work and let's just hope I can at least maintain until I get back! :o |
Well, at least the trend is downward! I obviously need to look at my plan again. But I see a lot of good numbers being posted! Keep up the great work, everyone!
