4/17 - 188.5 I see a trend.... :P Will these last 3.5 drop off before next week? I really don't think so. But! The scale may not be my friend, but there are still NSVs. Went shorts shopping the other day and tried on a pair my sister had grabbed me... They were a little too snug, but when I pulled them off I saw they were a size 12. Um. That hasn't happened since I was around 13 years old! So that was kind of fun. Good luck to everyone in our last week! |

Just looking in to say Happy Easter!
I am so impressed with everyone who've done so well, and just trying to forgive myself for having put on about as much weight as I'd hoped to lose. Memo: don't start any more challenges!!!! In the next couple of days, I'll trawl through the thread and post the totals but bottom line - woohoo :carrot: weigh to go, ladies. oops, didn't mean that pun. way to go! |
Since last Sunday, I have kicked off another little mini-plateau, and lost ~ 0.5 pounds per day. I stepped on the scale this morning, and it said 185.0. Happy Easter, me! :D
This challenge has been great motivation for me, thanks for setting it up Rosinante! Total lost on challenge (goal 28 lbs): Start: 213 End: 185 Total lost: 28 lbs December 26th - 213 January 2nd - 211.5 (-1.5) January 9th - 209.5 (-2.0) January 16th - 207 (-2.5) January 23rd - 204.5 (-2.5) January 30th (vacation) February 6th - 203.5 (-1) February 13th - 197.5 (-6) February 20th - 194.5 (-3) February 27th - 196.0 (+1.5) March 6th - 193.5 (-2.5) March 13th - 190.0 (-3.5) March 20th - 190.5 (+0.5) March 27th - 191.5 (+1) April 3rd - 188.5 (-3) April 10th - 188.5 (0) April 17th - 188.5 (0) April 24th - 185.0 (-3.5) Goal 185 lbs My best friend from high school is getting married next Friday. Rosinante sounds like you could use a :hug:. Don't Feel Bad. I started a weight loss challenge to get to Onderland on 11/28/2009 I weighed 227.2 when I started it. Today I weigh 223.6. So I'm almost back to my SW of that challenge. Last year I gained weight more than I lost. Just Keep Trying. You Lost Weight Before You Can Do It Again!
