Thanks Akelly Great job on the 1.6. It is great when you go some place and others are out doing the same thing ... that is my first whoosh ever ... I like it but you know I think it's really the fact that I ate so late and then weighed earlier then the next weigh in was on track but I will definitely take it

Thanks Kukkie ... you sound like me. I baked a pound cake on Friday night. I only ate a tiny piece then but I got up Saturday and ate another piece, and I think a couple more small pieces during the day. I finally decided I would slice it evenly and only eat a slice a day ... it's so good. I do count it in my calories so I'm not cheating Oh just read your post today I am with you ALL the way ... we should have what we want in moderation Thanks for the recipe

Hi Diana that .2 will be gone at the blink of an eye

Kristi great job on the 2.6 ... that we keep going in the right direction

Thanks Ona You'll be back to your .4's in soon glad your cold is getting better

Hi Penguin

Thanks Star ... great job on the 1.4 Thanks for the amazing day also Starcongratulations on fitting your wedding ring ... have DH put it on your finger all over again.

Thanks Angie, Congrats on the .8 down I didn't even think about trying to find it online or another store.

Hi Shylah good job on getting back on track

Vixsin it's probably water weight it'll be gone before you know it.

Kris your .4 will be gone in no time ... like the tattoo

Thanks Aimee the good thing is the gain will leave when TOM does

Thanks Paris I like the ruffles also, makes me feel ... fancy/classy if that makes any sense ... good for you on keeping positive with pre-TOM symptoms

Hi Matilda ... I feel the same way about this busy busy thread ... I never want to leave anyone out but it is hard to keep up if you even miss part of the day

Hi Eclipse

As for me I saw a new low today of 167.8 wow was I shocked. I will be so glad when DH finally finishes the pound cake. I didn't eat any today YET ... I did have a muffin at the PTO coffee this morning and my DD talked me into (YES TALKED ME INTO) hehehe, going to McD's I had 1/3 of an Angus burger w/mustard slice of lettuce and tomato about 20 - 1 inch fries (yes I counted and measured) So I guess this is my goodie day . Gonna keep my for a good weigh in tomorrow.

You ALL have made my day with the compliments on the dress.

I didn't weigh in this morning, I slept in instead

BUT . . . I had my pitty party, did the anger thing, cursed the scale . . . and I've moved on.
Did my lunch hr work out today and came to the conclussion I like it. I like my hike at noon. Came back to my desk and ate teh spinach salad I made this morning with veg, greek dressing and steak . .. . YUM. Prooving to myself more now that the convenience foods, not so convenient and nothing will taste as good as my spinach salad with steak

Love - I have to agree, the dress looks wonderful on you! And the new low, rock it out Lady!! I'm determined to catch up

Vix - thanks for the words of encouragement, the is now back under my butt . . . . as well as the sarcastic sense of humor ha ha!

Aimee - Throw down with TOM, you'll be back down in no time

Kukkie - that recipe looks YUMMY. Thanks so much for sharring

Ona - Good to hear your feeling better, I find nothing makes me feel worse than a cold, it gets you in that space where you're not sick enough to stay in bed, but too sick to be productive . . pain in the you-know-what.

Will BBL to say Hi to everyone else . . . I really should be working LMAO

9.03.2010 - 168.0
9.04.2010 - 167.8
9.05.2010 - 167.2 I'm so sore! >.<
9.06.2010 - 166.8
9.07.2010 - 167.4 I made the mistake of missing lunch, then ate way too much at my boyfriends house for dinner...so much so that I made myself sick and ended up throwing up Now I'm paying for it with a sore tummy and two black eyes. lol...why I got black eyes from throwing up I have no idea, but I've learned my lesson.
9.08.2010 - 167.4 Ugh, still here.
9.09.2010 - 166.4 YAY!
9.10.2010 - 166.0
9.11.2010 - 166.0 Scale was jumping between 156.6-166.0 so I'm accepting the higher number. I was SUPER busy yesterday and ended up eating way too late last night too.
9.12.2010 - 166.0 Scale was still jumping between the same numbers! Hopefully today's rest day helps for tomorrow's weight in!
9.13.2010 - 166.0 ...still here. Been eating & working out on plan, just gonna stick with it. lol GAH!!!! lol
9.14.2010 - 166.0 lol I ate way more than I usually do yesterday but it seems like not even that effected the scale.
9.15.2010 - 166.6 Ate late last night and more than I probably should have again. I felt so hungry! Been on track today and hopefully tonight goes a little better.
9.16.2010 - 166.2
9.17.2010 - 166.8 Stayed on plan last night. I've been getting headaches, hunger and bloating...which can only mean one thing for me. TOM is coming. GR!
9.18.2010 - 166.4
9.19.2010 - Missed Weigh-In It was my one year anniversary with my boyfriend.
9.20.2010 - 166.0 I'm super surprised, I let myself have a cheat day yesterday! haha
9.21.2010 - 166.0 Was jumping between 165.8 & 166.0.

Penguin Hi

Star Awesome loss! You're getting back there. Great job on the NSV!

Angine Great job!

Shylah I hope the vacation weight is gone, soon.

Kukkie Thanks for the recipe. That looks simple enough for even me.

Vixsin Possessed, that's a good description of our scales sometimes.

Kris Hi I hear ya on TTOM!

Aimee Hi

Love Great job on your new low!

Coondocks Great job of picking yourself back up and moving on. Nothing's better than getting back on track!

Waving Hi to Everyone!

Angie - not feeling too bad about the gain, not today! But I am thinking of staying away from the scale until I'm feeling a little better.

Jeri - Getting closer! I love nice bra's, while I don't need a specialty bra, I am SUPER picky on them! I have one as a reward for when I hit 249 - I pre-bought it but won't let myself wear it until I get there. I'd ask to see your "reward" like we've seen some dresses lately.. but I dunno how appropriate that is

love2b - And I CANNOT wait for it to GO! TOM is the devil!

Coondocks - sounds like you are on track and that temporary gain will be gone in NO time! I am loving a good salad these days, oh and steamed veggies, and just veggies in general Soon you'll be hiking REAL mountains!! Have you started the count down??

Jennie - I'm so ready for you to see 165!! Is that weird?

Well I'm home from work early, super early, 4.5 hours early. I am SO sore, the dear BF gave me some aleve which I've never taken and it made me all loopy. The cramps are KILLER, my entire stomach area, and my sciatic nerve gets irritated I believe, omg. Hurts to sit, stand, lay down, walk, move in any way, breathe, uhm.. you get the point, It should pass by tomorrow I hope!

Just got through reading the updates--everyone seems to be doing well! So proud of you all! Can't believe it's almost the end of another month. We'll need a slogan for October soon

Diana: Your .2 will be gone very soon!

Kristi: Nice whoosh for real! And proud of you for remaining "pretty good" while on vacation! That's tough

Ona: Hope you feel better!!!

Star: GREAT NSV!!!! I bet you smiled from ear to ear all day!

Vixsin: Just keep trucking along! You are doing fine!

MamaP: Love the avatar picture! Everytime I see it I will always remember your touching story and your amazing choice you made.

Aimee: Cramps stink and I'm sorry you are having such difficulty this time around. I usually just grab my heating pad, pain relievers, and a book and just read myself to sleep.

Hi Matilda! It's nice to stop in even if you don't have much time to personally say hello and respond to everyone. These ladies fly through the posts daily, so I usually try and check in late at night when it's slower and I know 15 people won't post while I'm trying to do personals, LOL. Weekends are another story--I'm usually away from the computer and don't do as well checking in. Glad you make it a point to say hello though--we love newbies

eclipse: Love the dress!!! Sooo classy!

As for me, no WI but I did learn a new lesson (well..learned a lesson the hard way). I went out to run, and took a new way. Little did I realize that starting my run going up a steep 90 degree hill without stretching beforehand WILL cause problems. I got about 1 mile down the path and of course I felt a major pain on the backside of my leg, behind the knee. I walked another mile and kept stretching it. Finally got myself jogging again, albeit at a slower pace. It was a compromise but I was so frustrated that I jogged 3 miles more and just "erased" the first 2 miles in my mind. LOL...pretty amusing that a year ago my issues were surrounding my horrible diet and bad cholesterol/GI issues. A year later I'm griping about running!

Well..what's up everybody!!! thank you all for you kind get well wishes yesterday I was feeling a little down and to know that you all cared, warmed the cockles of my heart So.. after having a pity party day cause i had a cold, my weight was stalling and other things,I'm back and feel much better about everything

akelly, now that's determination! you go girl..that's what I'm talkin about!! threw pain and all you didn't stop.yeah..it's funny how things we do now,we never thought we'd do amazing.!! Me,yesterday..... forced/will myself to finish my 3 mile walk cause my toe was hurting so bad.I had to keep stopping, other people were asking me if everything was alright...but i finished blowing my nose and with cough drops, i finished

Diana, you're lookin good ,i still say,do you have another goal number in mind..oh..that's right, you did say something about 185(?),your weight when you got married?

kristi, you're really doing a great job, keep it up

So..since i was so depressed yesterday,i tried to think of something to help me with some of my problems so i bought a new scale. With my weight stalling,i don't need the added pressure of stepping on a scale and the numbers going crazy cause that was not helping me.
It makes me feel a lot better to have a new one.The new one said, 253.5 and now my mind is more at ease and I'm not so stressed cause i know what I'm really working with.

Will fight on!!!

1st-259.8

Well, Good Morning Ms. Ona! I'm glad you are feeling better today. That's awesome! Yay on the new scale! What kind/brand did you get? I changed my ticker to the newlywed weight. I have a mini goal right now to get to 195. This whole Onederland thing is weird for me, so I will take baby steps for now. I need to get adjusted to the whole thing, mentally. Does that make sense?
