ThanksDiana,i'll try to find one here in town.I have a weight watchers and it's giving me a fit i have to weigh about 6 times to find 2 of the same numbers good job on the 1.2 lbs you're back in the groove again.
Think I'll go visit Mother today. Will check back later in the afternoon, have a good day everyone!
Kris Have fun at the Renaissance fair! I love me some smoked turkey legs! I'm not tired of your gown pictures. I am excited for you and hope you have a wonderful time. The last time I dressed up like that was when I got married and before that was the proms in high school. A girl doesn't always have an opportunity to do stuff like that. Sometimes we have to live vicariously through others.
Thanks. I didn't go to prom and I eloped when I got married so I've never had opportunity to buy a pretty formal or dress up like this - except that one formal when I was at my highest weight for a charity dinner my employer took me too and buying a size 22 wasn't any fun .
Angie Thanks! That's an awesome Whoosh you are having! Great job staying on plan. You know, those mock mashed potatoes would be a great addition to your plan. Have you ever tried spaghetti squash? I was try to get DH to try it, but he's not interested. The next time I make spaghetti, I will probably get a small spaghetti squash for me so he can try it.

18 ~ 217.0 (I expect an upswing tomorrow)
I'm up 0.7 - I'm guessing from the sodium in last night's dinner. I'll just have to flush it out with water today! I have so much to do today and not quite sure how it's all going to get done! Eeeekkk...
Anyway, I just have to say Kris I think the dress looks fabulous on you! So glad you decided to go with the smaller one, it really does look great.
Glad the rest of you liked the piece I posted yesterday, it really sent my mind into a whirlwind yesterday. And you're right Ona it's now added motivation for me. Today is going to be a good day!
Kukkie You'll start losing again as soon as things settle down. I really like the blog you posted. It really hits home for me.
Kris You're doing a good job losing with TOM! Claim that loss! And for what it's worth, I think the smaller dress was the best choice! It looks good on you and with seven weeks I think you'll fit it no problem. I've enjoyed seeing your pictures!
Lnoelparis You can do it! You're going to be in onederland in no time!
Star - I make my tickers on the Ticker Factory website. At the end of the process they give you the option to make a big one or a small one. I chose small, then when I copied and pasted them to my signature, I just made sure I didn't click enter (or return) between the two. It took me a few tries.
9.01.2010 - 168.8

9.04.2010 - 167.8
9.05.2010 - 167.2 I'm so sore! >.<
9.06.2010 - 166.8
9.07.2010 - 167.4 I made the mistake of missing lunch, then ate way too much at my boyfriends house for dinner...so much so that I made myself sick and ended up throwing up Now I'm paying for it with a sore tummy and two black eyes. lol...why I got black eyes from throwing up I have no idea, but I've learned my lesson.
9.08.2010 - 167.4 Ugh, still here.
9.09.2010 - 166.4 YAY!
9.10.2010 - 166.0
9.11.2010 - 166.0 Scale was jumping between 156.6-166.0 so I'm accepting the higher number. I was SUPER busy yesterday and ended up eating way too late last night too.
9.12.2010 - 166.0 Scale was still jumping between the same numbers! Hopefully today's rest day helps for tomorrow's weight in!
9.13.2010 - 166.0 ...still here. Been eating & working out on plan, just gonna stick with it. lol GAH!!!! lol
9.14.2010 - 166.0 lol I ate way more than I usually do yesterday but it seems like not even that effected the scale.
9.15.2010 - 166.6 Ate late last night and more than I probably should have again. I felt so hungry! Been on track today and hopefully tonight goes a little better.
9.16.2010 - 166.2
9.17.2010 - 166.8 Stayed on plan last night. I've been getting headaches, hunger and bloating...which can only mean one thing for me. TOM is coming. GR!
9.18.2010 - 166.4
MamaP - The dress is really fabulous on you, you've definitely lost inches! I secretly want to get married just for the dress I didn't really do a grad dress myself, so I understand where you are coming from. The jacket is super cute with the dress! And I'm also in the camp of not getting sick of seeing/hearing about the dress
Ona - glad to see the scale moving downwards Have you tried mashed cauliflower with roasted garlic? OMG, YUMMY!
Diana - WOO! Glad you got the little stall worked out!
Angie - you rock! Thats some very nice whooshing you are doing, congrats!!! I love cauliflower too, but think I'm a little boring with mashing it, I just steam it, and then mash it with some sour cream with a hand masher. I used to take zucchini and cut it really thin, pan-fry it with some pam and make a little sauce, SO yummy!
Kukkie - Oh Sodium, how I both hate and love thee.. I'm a salt junky, when I was younger my mom took me to the doctor because she was worried about how much I was ingesting, but he didn't seem to have a problem with it. Something about iodine helping with gallbladder issues, I dunno! I wouldn't worry about that .7, it'll be gone in no time I'm sure!
StarGetsFit - you are having a nice whoosh yourself
I haven't been getting on the scale, I have been working lots, and sleeping less which is always a bad combination for me. I get some relief on Monday when I get to sleep in But two weeks with overtime isn't so bad for the pocketbook
