I will stay on plan today because my ankles are not swollen and I've still gained weight. On my WOE's website, one person has posted that she's lost twice as much as me in the same time, despite cheating, and that all I need to do is get my head on. I am so angry at the stupid woman, that I will stay on my 100%, no cheating plan. Issues, anyone?

Because yesterday I realized that when I reach my 3rd mini goal, I'll be exactly half way to goal. That makes me want to reach it more.

I will stay on plan because I have been pretty bad lately and I want to get the 3 pounds I regained (and more!) I've gained off my body!

Because as of this morning I am in the middle of the 190's. It's taken me longer than ever to get here.. or at least it feels like it. I will stay on plan so that it is smooth sailing through July
