because I am wondering how I will feel when I get to 180 or lower. That is unknown territory for me. I feel so much better now than at my highest weight. Is it possible to feel even better?

Because I didn't plan on Monday and Tuesday and I got into a heck of a mess on a sugar binge and I physically and mentally felt horrible! I want to feel good again!
