I'm staying on plan today because although being at a significant calorie deficit causes me poor sleep, muscle aches, and general weariness...it's really working and I'm losing weight at a discernable rate after being stuck for 9 months. And I just recently got to Onederland, plus I'm so very close to being "just" overweight, and being at the 100-pounds-lost mark! I really, REALLY want to get this done.

because it feels better to be on plan than trying to get back on plan
Bcause this is the last summer that I will spend overweight! It holds me back from to many of the things that I used to enjoy in the summer. I still do some of those things, like going swimming but only with certain people...I so want to go to the water park and not feel self-conscious.
