199 this morning.. i binged yesterday though so.. i expected it! BUT.. here is to workin my BUNS off.. been biking 20 mins (not hard just moderate) then... on the elliptical for 20 WORKING MY BUTT OFF! sweat drippin!
I decided last week to give me a scale break as I was tired of weighing every day. Well it did not last a week but I diid not go on every day. I weighed in this morning at 194.8...Which means I am on the flip side of the 190s. I am super excited to be less then 195 even if it is only .2 lbs.

I am still 199. Which is ok... because for a day or two there the scale bounced back UP to 200-201 and I was mortified. I was scared I wouldn't be able to get back to 199 and stay there. Man, the numbers play a game in my head. But I worked hard and got back to 199 and am GOING TO be moving further down this week! I just know it!
my mega bad sunburn is hindering my workouts! I'm still sticking in there bouncing from 193-194ish...as long as I can stay on track with food I can get this sunburn healed up and hit the gym once again!
My scale and I have a love\hate relationship. I love it when I see it go down and depise it when I see it go up even though I know it is not the scales fault. I can't believe I am almost out of the 190s. I only remember one time being in the 180s and that was my sophmore year in college. (MANY moons ago - 13 to be exact) I am getting more and more excited as I see the scale go down as I am getting into uncharted terriorities!!!!
198! Yeah. I was pretty hungry yesterday which usually means I am losing. I even got up out of bed at 10:30pm and ate a handful of nuts because my stomach was growling. SO happy to see 80 pounds gone
