I weighed in today at 195.6! I am rounding the corner and can see the 189.8 on the horizon...I really love that I can say I am almost closer to 189 then 200

196 this morning...after a slight gain I'm headed back in the right direction! The weekends are so very bittersweet during the summer! I gain on Mon and Tues and finally start to see the lbs come off by wed...

196.2 yesterday. I think I am going to give myself a week scale break. I will come back with much gusto and push myself into the 180's..On a side note I don't remember a time when I was in the 180s..I cant wait to be there.

So I finally got my butt back into the gym and are reaping the rewards again! 194.8 this am...over the halfway mark!

Terre-- you rock!!!! A whole Decade's distance between you and the TWOs...

Enjoy the 80s... let's hope your stay there like summer-- sunny and all too brief.

Me, the rubber ball effect-- back to 200.4-- but that's not bad for me, since I had a long work weekend, which always results in a bounce.
