Okay either the scale is playing a mean joke on me or my scale is broken. lol This morning I weighed in at 189.8! And that was the highest number that popped up, it kept jumping between 189.6-189.8. That is a HUGE loss...yesterday I weighed in at 191.4. Yesterday was also my p90x rest/stretch day. This will be my 2nd week of P90x, so maybe I AM losing. This is just too hard to believe and I don't want to leave this thread until I for-sure know I'm safely in the 180's. I have a feeling its gonna jump up a bit tomorrow though. O.O
Congradulations Jennie.. I am so happy for you. I have been bouncing these past couple of days. I weighed this morning 197 so it is not too bad. I am hoping this week comes with a couple pounds lost. I would love to be 195 for my friends wedding.
I weighed in at WW yesterday at 193.4. I'm so glad. I was at 195 for-freaking-ever.
What's funny is I have this dress that only zipped up halfway like 10 days ago, and now it zips all the way, but it's tight. I have 2 weeks to fit it better Must be all the strength training I've been doing. Yayyy.
I weighed this morning at 196.2!! Which means I am back to what I weighed last Tuesday. I can't wait to see what I weigh on 6/10 as that will be my 1 year diet anniversary. I will be taking pictures and posting them for you all to see.

Over the last year and a half, I have lost slightly over 50 pounds. Over the last month, I lost slightly under 10 of that. I have recently added a personal trainer and more running to my routine, and that seems to be helping.
i weighed in today and it said 198 eeeek Yesterday it said 197 and the day before 196...I haven't been drinking a lot of water so I'm upping that to flush my system and I'm praying I haven't gained actual poundage. I decided I'm going work the hardest I have ever worked out to get out of the 190s it's always been my biggest block -- everytime I've reached the 190s (about twice before this try) I have regained all my weight back. But this time its different -- I'm not stopping and I'm going to just keep going. I've never been out of the 190s my entire adult life --- the last time I weighed below the 190s I was 13

Second day, still 189.8. Don't really feel safe yet since I'm right on the boarder. Is there a "getting out of the 180's thread" yet?

I dont think there is yet. Last friday I was at 190.0 and just knew Monday I would start one...but nope I am up to 194.6 Hopefully you will start it, maybe that will get my body out of this gaining funk..lol
