at least you're back to start again
welp a week later i am still 235
i should have been ... again at my goal 233 on this weigh in. UGH! I need to see some improvement to keep going. this is like a 3 week plateau. *sigh* I also have had diareah these entire 3 weeks so wtf?? i hate my body! I did do a minor binge a few days ago and i did gain like 3 pounds but am back on plan. It was one of those i won't miss out on this food b/c it's fairly rare. but still i am running to the bathroom after nearly every meal and I have no idea why and it's not even affecting my weight.
