Today is my official weigh-in day and Im at 231...I was just really hoping a miracle would occur and I would magically be in the 220's today but no such luck! haha
Im getting a gym membership today at 24 hour fitness and am soooooooo excited...I NEED this!
Hey, so very belatedly, I want to join this challenge. I've been in the 230s basically since um... September (so for like 7mths! And I REFUSE to be in the same weight range anymore).
A couple of weeks ago I made it to 228.5 (an adult all-time low for me) mostly bcos I was stressed, ill, and moving a lot and barely eating, now I'm back to normal and am about 234 and I'm determined to make it back to the 220s and beyond.
So here goes:
SW: 235
GW: 229
Time Frame: May 13. 6lbs in 4 weeks, I should be able to do that, no? C'mon Self!
230.2 yesterday annnnd 231.5 today. I ate within my calories (1500) but didnt work out. I ate clean...it wasnt junk so I dont understand why my body insists on staying in the 230's.
I'll be working out tonight and we'll see what happens tomorrow. *sighs*
15th April- 235
23rd April- 233.5 (I wasn't good this week, but I KNOW I can do this).
I'm torn about whether or not to weigh everyday. I'm thinking of giving it a go in May. We'll see. For now though, I'll take the 1.5lbs loss and actually work hard in the upcoming week. I'll weigh again maybe Sunday or Monday.
