237........I finally got away from 239 and now TOM is here....I won't be weighing this week so I guess next Saturday we will see what the scale has to say. I plan on being in the 220's by the end of this month.....anyone with me on this?.........lol
Argh, 235! How I wish you were 234! I thought for sure it would be lower, but I ate more carbs than I needed to this weekend, and lots of salty things.

I have been trying for ages to get out of the 230's. i get almost there then I give up for some reason!
231.2 today, have been here before though! Hopefully it'll go down and i can go join in the 220's yay!
I'm whispering cos I don't want to jinx myself but 229.8 this morning.
However, i just know tomorrows will be back to 230!
My secret was I didnt go shopping, went to bed early and got up late!
Now just got to do that for the forseeable future..............
Can I join? I have been in the 230's for 3+ weeks now. I am hoping to be in the 220's by Memorial Day. I was 231.5 on Saturday, today 232.8. I didn't go over my calories this weekend ~ actually had a pretty substantial calorie deficit both Saturday and Sunday ~ but I had more carbs than I usually do and I did not drink near enough water. I can tell I am retaining some fluid because my fingers are puffy. Hopefully a day or two of lots and lots of water will push me into the 220s.
