This mornings weight 225, used the bathroom scale instead of wii. Hoping for a nice loss for May since I will getting outside more. Congrats to all who made it out of this decade, hope to see ya soon!
I am going over to the 220's challenge just got to 229. I set my goal for April to lose 10 lbs and I did it. Now i will do the same for May. I want to lose 10 lbs this month to move on to the 210's challenge. It really helps to focus on 10lbs at a time. I could not have done it any other way!

I am at 230 still. Can you believe that? The first 30 pounds went so fast. I have had alot of stress lately so I am going to blame the no weight lose on that. Congrats to everyone that has moved on!!!!
Is anyone else here a "slow starter"? I have at least 70 pounds to lose, I've been following my plan faithfully, and I have lost a total of 3 pounds in the past 2 weeks!! I know that's the suggested rate, but I was hoping for a little more at the beginning. I know that my plan will work in the long run, but this is a bit frustrating!

fcmonroe- someone on here once said..."all it takes is time and the time is going to pass anyways". That really helps me not get down. I started my journey around the first of the year and wether I had started or not it would still be May now. I guess what I am saying is that my weight loss has been really slow but it is at least moving in the right direction. Keep moving in the right direction and it all adds up.
Still 239.....gained 2 lbs during my "trial vacation", lost it this week- so I guess I should be glad I am still in the 230's and not back to the 240's...
