I am hoping for a loss this week (I weigh in tomorrow) but it has been on and off as far as sticking to my plan so I shall see tomorrow. The past few weeks before this I stuck to my plan very well and lost quite a bit so I know every week can't be perfect but I want to stay on track and at least lose a little every week!
Dang, I don't know how I missed this. Oh well I'll get in next time!
EDIT: Oh maybe it's not too late - I have my weight from January 4th written down in my planner. I'll have to read the thread to see what the "rules" are.
EDIT #2 - Ok official start post coming soon - but what I want to know is if we're going to crown The Biggest Loser by whoever loses the most total pounds or by some other method because I definitely think whoever loses the most ought to get something to put in their signature! I don't think I have any hope of beating CFMama but if I do I want bragging rights!! :P

Yesterday I was down 4 but than I had Chinese food for dinner AND I had too many snacks last night...shame, shame, shame .
BUT I'm okay with that 'cause I enjoyed it and I didn't eat nearly as much as I would have before I started this journey. I had a small plate and made myself a big salad to go with it. Four months ago I would have piled my plate and likely had seconds. . So I'm celebrating this small victory, that I allowed myself a treat (and avoided a huge binge) and acknowledge the consequence SO I'll pick myself back up and move on.

Had a lot of problems this week with keeping my eating under control due to stress...my weight had even gone back up to 248 earlier this week after an unfortunate day of weakness.
But I'm back on track now and next week should be a lot better!
I edited my post but I am down 2.6 lbs this week DESPITE the fact that today or tomorrow I'll be getting my period and am holding some water weight Be prepared for my loss NEXT week my friends!
My computer is acting up and wouldn't let me just edit my original post so I had to make a new one.

My starting loss seems huge but it's because I have hidden food allergies. Not life-threatening but when I eat them, they make me retain a lot of water. So when I stop eating them, the water weight melts off. It'll slow down after a couple of weeks. It is a good motivator to see that number there, though!

Everyone is doing awesome, I am so proud of everyone! Way to go!! It will be so fun to see what everyone's total weight loss is at the end of this!!
I just weighed in and I have lost 2 more lbs this week so I am down to 200! I am very excited! I am not sure how I did it since I didn't do too well with eating this week but I exercised a lot and drank a ton of water so I guess that helped!
Keep going everyone, you can do this! We all can and we are all going to feel so healthy, confident and sexy at the end of this! Woo hoo!
