Today I took my pic for May, though it's a bit later than I usually take the progress pics. Progress in April and May was a bit slow for me and I had a (very lovely but somewhat fattening ) vacation so time to really buckle down and drop the last bit of weight to goal!
I don't see much difference between my April and May pics but I have lost about 10 lbs so hopefully I go down another size with a bit more weight dropped.
The "spare tire" around my midsection has shrunk since April and also I've noticed my breasts shrinking a bit too.
Well maybe it's time I post some pics of my weight loss/journey!
Last year I was at my all-time weight of 235 and decided to start doing something about it, at the same time taking our 5th round of clomid. I was a few weeks into Power 90, and took my first round of photos when I started. Luckily the clomid worked and baby #2 was on the way! The second picture is the day I delivered (kinda... I had an emergency c-section at 1am) and I left the hospital 3 pounds heavier and very swollen! That would be the third pic at my all time highest weight, 250!! Not many pics the first couple weeks because I ended up back in the hospital for 5 days with a horrible case of pneumonia/pleurisy and it's taken me awhile to bounce back physically from all of that.
The last pic is me this evening after my husband decided it's time to take photos in the cute new shirt we got today because he said he sees a difference and I honestly hadn't until looking at these. I have another 60+ to go, but it's nice seeing a little bit of difference at least! I'm 2 weeks into my calorie counting and 3 weeks into exercising, and I'm feeling really good!! Will be 9 weeks post partum in... oh right this minute! ha ha.
Well, these pictures are unfortunately over the span of almost 2 years... and only 20lbs difference. I don't see much difference in my body, but I can definitely tell in my face. Still plugging away despite my slow progress.
