The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because I got up at 5AM this morning to exercise and I will NOT let that go to waste. First time I've gotten up in the AM to exercise in a couple of years. YAY ME!!!
Karma, great for you turning that negative into a positive. Remember, you can lose weight, but they'll never lose that terrible attitude.

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because of the epiphany/ NSV I had yesterday. Plain and simple I never again in my life ever want to be a fat drunk chain smoker ever ever again. Being clear headed & healthy and fit and happy looks so much better.
The one reason I'm staying on plan today - I allowed myself to eat and drink too much while on vacation last week, but back OP yesterday and today to get rid of the weight I gained (mostly water I hope LOL) and to continue to the new me.
My one reason for staying on plan today is because my plan WORKS. I'm so happy to have found a plan that works for me, and it's helped me lose 64 pounds so far. When I stray from the plan, the scale shows a one-pound loss or less, but when I stay on plan, I lose 2 or 3. So it just makes sense to stay on plan!!
I've wasted enough of my life eating unhealthy foods in high quantities and being inactive. And what a shame that is. It is time to take charge of my life. It is time to make my health and well being a priority. My children deserve it, my husband deserves it and most importantly I DESERVE IT.

The one reason 'm staying on plan today is: I have 6 more pounds to lose to get back to where I left off. I have many chores waiting to keep me busy and out of the kitchen.
My One reason today - I'm starting to worry about my Disneyworld weekend that is coming up soon. I'm going to follow my plan and workout everyday so that I go on the trip with more inches and pounds loss. Hopefully, this will build me up and make me stronger so I will want to stay on plan and not overindulge.
The one reason I'm staying on plan today is that I want to go clubbing with my friends and dance all night. I love to dance but can only last for a few songs. I want to be the one they have to DRAG off the dance floor!
