Because I am absolutely entranced by the graph my daily weigh-ins are making. It goes down steeply one week, barely at all the next, steeply the next, barely at all the next, and so on. It's amazing. If I weren't charting this, I'd be freaking out every two weeks, wondering what I was doing wrong, when in actuality it's simply my body's own rhythm!
I feel like a real scientician!
