Hello everyone!

I am compiling a list of low point snacks to help members 3fc ww'ers out. If anyone has any ideas or favorites you would like to share please post them along with their points value.

This is a work in progress but this is what I have so far...

0 Point Snacks

grapes (good frozen too)

Veggies:

-any raw veggies (or fruit if you want to use the points) with a tablespoon or less of this dressing(i added a little huckleberry honey because the raspberries this early are very tart)
-raw bell pepper: sliced plain or with salt, pepper and red wine vinegar.
1 point snacks
-celery with 1/2 tbs peanut butter
-corn cakes with salsa (add 1/4 c lowfat cottage cheese for an extra point)
-4 rold gold honey wheat pretzel twists
-1 slice orowheat honey 7 grain sandwich bread (i like it toasted with sugar free jelly)
-2 slices orowheat diet bread (or 1 slice and a small amount of low sugar jelly)
-2 anna's cookies
-1 weight watcher's snack cake
-1 sugar free jello brand pudding cup
-1/4 cup of lowfat cottage cheese
-1 gardenburger portabello patty

Here are a few 1-pt chocolate fixes that I've relied on for the past 3 years:

1/2 a Cocoa Via bar (available at Walgreens and Bed Bath & Beyond)-- also online. Very chocolately but not too sugary, doesn't take much to satisfy your urge.
2 Miss Merengue chocolate chip (or any flavor) merengues -- or 6-7 minis (GREAT but addictive -- sugary)
Half a WW Just Two Point Mint Cookie Crisp bar -- cut the bar into two long triangles and bag each one in a snack ziplock
Half a Quaker low-sugar Chocolate Chip bar (use same method as above).

Some chocolate one-pointers:
•Half a Cocoa Via bar (not too big, but very chocolately without being too sugary -- really satisfies a craving)
•Half a WW JTP Mint Chocolate Crisp -- cut in half diagonally and put in a zip lock bag so you aren't tempted to eat the other half right away.
•Two Miss Merengue chocolate chip merengues or six of the minis -- but they're kind of addictive since they're so sugary

Just thought I would post my new favorite snack..It reminds me of carmel corn but without all of the calories....

"I can't believe it's not Carmel Corn"
.......Only 1 Point......

Buy Orville Redenbachers's SmartPop mini bags of popcorn...(pop as directed)
spray popcorn with I can't believe it's not butter spray
Add 4 packets of splenda; Shake the bag up (add more if desired)
Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon; Shake the bag (add more if you desire)

.....it is Sweet, Salty, and Crunchy!!!!..... A great 1 point snack....

15 fat free pringles is only 70 calories... which is 1 point, great snack if you need that crunch feeling.
