Jim~ Do you have a knee brace you could wear while walking so you do not yank it on the ice?

Larry ~ that is wonderful that you found your trigger.. Now you know what direction to go. That has to feel nice.

Diana~ *lol* Consistent sounds like me… boring *LOL* I am told boring is a good thing because nothing bad exciting is happening.. But nothing good exciting happens either *lol*

Was great all day....had steamed veggies and rice for dinner..

aaaaand then went out to party with friends. Alcohol units- unknown, after the third tequila shot.

Let's call yesterday a maintenance day . I seriously rarely drink too, so alcohol calories are never a problem.

Today, hitting bikram yoga, and mindfully eating nutritious food.

Happy Saturday!

Made it to the mountains. Kids are home shoveling snow. Am I good or what????

I'll be pretty busy next couple of days but will check in when I can. Planning ahead for superbowl snacks!

Have a great, OP day!

Happy Sunday everyone....

I cooked this chicken recipe for my husband tonight: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/g...pe2/index.html
I did the dry rub portion and the marinade portion, I didn't do the glaze... then I cooked the chicken on the BBQ for about 45 minutes... He RAVED about it... I made it with red potatoes - boiled them until soft then gave them a quick sautee in some olive oil, minced garlic and fresh parsley... also with brocolli - steamed the the microwave then tossed them in the frying pan with the potatoes for a second just to give them a little flavor....
