Weighing in at 208.5 this morning, on my AT-HOME scale. Have offical Weight Watchers weigh in tonight, and that number is always different than the one I get.

Weighed myself this morning and I am somewhat bummed. Weight went from 216 to 215.8. LOL I can't even count this as any type of loss. I am not going to let this beat me. Headed to the gym after work for my interval run/walk and then an advanced step aerobic class. Still hoping to reach my goal of 10 pounds less of me by Nov 1st.

Taking a bit slow obviously, but I'm very happy: I've officially lost 20 lbs!!

Hi Shishkeberry!

Can you put me in at 157.2lbs for Oct 8th. It was really just now upon my return home after Thanksgiving at my parents so I'll have a short week this time. I lost over the holiday so that's pretty good since Thanksgiving is all about turkey!

I'm a weigh every day kind of girl and for some reason I cannot stop myself from weighing during TOM and then being disappointed when it's OBVIOUSLY going to go up. I'm not sure why I torture myself in this way, but I do. Anyone else have this issue? I gained back the 0.6 I lost lol. I know WHY, but in my mind....and I'm sure in all people who are on a weight loss journey....when you see a gain it has a mental effect! GRR.

Sunshineinmysoul - Definitely going through the SAME thing right now. TOM about to start, feeling fatter, feeling bloated, weighing in every day regardless and letting it ruin my mood. Been totally depressed the last few days like I'm back tracking even though I'M NOT! I need to get over it and realize this will happen on TOM. When it's over I'll be happy again. It's so hard to deal with mentally and totally changes my mood, makes me bummed, makes me feel like I'm failing even though I'm doing nothing unhealthy. Blah!!

I completely agree about how it makes you feel like you're failing! I've followed my diet perfectly, worked out, and on any other non-TOM day it would be a success and I'd prob. see some loss. I just can't believe that month after month I do this to myself lol. I think about it at work and then I'm like ugh if tomorrow shows a gain too I'm going to be so pissed! Then when it does I have a meltdown haha. In the past I've even binged because of it!! THAT'S CRAZAY. We need to both suck it up and realize it's part of having lady time and we can't control it....but man I want to have control.

Hi girls! Today was my WI and well 0 lbs lost, nada, thats right I'm still at my last week's weight. However I'm feeling pretty good about it I quit smoking last week and I only went 200 calories above my weekly allowence. But now I'm scratching my head what could have caused the no weight loss? Hormonal change due to quiting smoking, the 200 ca I went over (total for a week) new meds, or just what?
Well I guess it was alot of changes in one week lol

Anyways I'm going to work just that much harder this week, not giving up

Congrats to Transforming for getting to Onderland!!

And to all keep up the great work

Cristina

Totally not going to make 140, but that's ok. I'm still going in the right direction.

I totally forgot I joined this challenge! I'm not doing very good, had the state fair weekend before last and then went out of town last weekend so my weight is up. But I'm not giving up! I'm checking in for accountability and am getting back on track right now (I feel like I've been saying that a lot lately)!

I hope everyone is doing well!
