Thanks Webb can't say it was a good week, but hey ho. Back down 1lb this morning so only up 1lb - weigh in on Tuesday so fingers x'd I see a loss.

Well done on your loss - even if you gain it back you'll have made a good effort - enjoy Sunday!

Woah that was one naughty weekend. On Friday after making 2 enormous cakes I was so exhausted and starving as I forgot to eat all day (I always do when I'm decorating cakes)I ordered a chicken tikka masala and a naan. Then Saturday copious amounts of beer, wine and vodka plus cake, meat and nibbly bits. Then hungover on Sunday I needed food badly, started with a whole packet of mikado go (smaller packet) an egg Mayo sandwich, roast gammon, boiled potatoes and veg with gravy, more cake. Then i came home and my boyfriend had cooked a curry from a jar mix with naan. Ooops.
Anyway I popped into the scales this morning to see the damage and I'm up a whopping 7lbs!! But I am back on track and as I had lost 22lbs I felt I deserved a blow out plus as I am a mum to a 4yr old and I barely get a chance to have any me time and I thoroughly enjoyed myself .
How has your weekend been? PurpleJ are you feeling any better? X

Thanks Moo

Webb well done getting back on track - i'm sure a lot of that will shift soon. am feeling a lot brighter and in less pain - few days worth of medication left so can't wait to be free of it and hopefully things continue to improve on jaw movement.

Thanks for asking.

I hit pizza hut with the kids yesterday.. 3 pieces of thin crust, pasta and salad... so was nervous for todays weigh in, but I'm pleased to say weighed in with a a 1lb loss - 100% on track this week focused and really want to get into the 15 stone bracket (so need 2.5lb or more). Fingers x'd I can do it.

Breakfast went well and on plan. Also had a NSV in that I bought a size 18 pair of trousers for an interview - I'm wearing a 22 work trousers at the moment (I knew they were getting loose but not by so much) !

I've raided my wardrobe and have 3 pairs of 18 jeans that fit again! Feels fab - weigh in at 7.30pm tonight and staying to group for the first time in 3 weeks. Will be lovely to see the ladies and feel back to normal I've been working on my Fit logs as my consultant picked up on my activity on FB. will be nice to add some rewards along the way - have another week to go for first one I think, as done three so far.

How you getting on Webb? Hope you've managed to get back on plan, temptation is a nightmare I still find I struggle at times.. like holding a cheesecake that was 'knocked down' in co-op yesterday.. I looked at the calories and seriously considered it for post weigh in.. I admitted I'd eat a third and my teen wouldn't really want a third or any.. so put it back! lol it was hard though.. I felt deprived which is stupid.

So thrilled, after the last few weeks, tooth, locked jaw and operation - I have only weighed in 3 times. Have stayed on track all but 2 days in hospital and 1 small pizza hut lunch (it was small).

Well tonight I lost 5.5lb - totalling me at 21lb / 1 and a half stone lost! Got that certificate, slimmer of the week and Month!! 11lb lost this month - I was gobsmacked and so proud as it showed I had truly stayed on plan and tried my best.

I am also thrilled to be in the 15 stone range and wearing size 18 jeans when I started out in 22's.. So much and all in 8 weeks!

Wow that's amazing work purpleJ . I've noticed this week my leggings keep falling down, not sure what size I am atm though, i need to go shopping.
Well done on the cheesecake victory too I wouldn't have put it down .
I'm having another crappy week I'm afraid. My anti anxiety meds got upped on Monday so today I'm a bit zombiefied and have eaten alot of chocolate but I have also eaten alot of speed food too. I will go for a little walk later as it is weigh day tomorrow

Wecome to Golfergirl, well done to PurpleJ and well done for being back on track Webb.

I've had a few days away so I'm a bit worried about tonights weigh in. I missed last week though so I'm hoping it all evens out.
