Hello ladies,
Hope you are all fine. Just got back from WW weigh in. I've lost FOUR POUNDS this week! I am SO chuffed I've also been having a crisis over fresh carrots and their points, however, tonight found out, they're free, WW leader even said if you eat a whole bag, just to count half a point so you make yourself feel better for counting them, I can do this! LOL!
Haven't made it to the ribbon ceremony of ten pounds yet....hopefully next week? I plan on sticking it to the fridge, in hope of inspiration.
Have a good day tomorrow everyone and talk to you all soon.
Take care.
Chris.

TQ - if you have been doing a lot of exercise then you will have been developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So.... the chances are that you are burning off the fat, but that your weight is only moving downwards slowly because you are more muscular and streamlined.....

Thats what I keep telling myself anyway!!!!!!

Well done, Chris!!

Geneve, I bet you aren't the eldest UKFC! In fact - if you go over to a thread called 'Hello, I'm....' there are some posts there from some of us telling a little bit about ourselves. Feel free to post your bio as well (and anyone else who hasn't done so already).

TQ and Carol, after reading your posts about Robin Hood's Bay I've just been thinking - wouldn't it be NICE to be able to go and eat - or even have a holiday or short break - somewhere that specialised in diet type cuisine - I am sure there must be a demand for it. I have never come across any restaurant or pub that had a dieter's option - even the vegetarian selections always seem to be smothered in cheese sauce!

there you go sarh youve found the missing niche in the market go ahead and exploit it youd make a killing, in fact if i could cook at all and had half the imagination you have for your diet theme weeks i would do it myself, imagine how many people watched fat club and thought oh id love to go to something like that but without the regime of health spa or something as strict ....just nice wee b and b out in the country serving up nice low fat meals and all the walking and scenery your wee legs could manage.........ahhh arnt dreams wonderful

Default No weigh in

Hi Ladies

I wasn't able to go last night. Mom had a massave stroke sometime Sunday night and I was at hospital all day Monday. So I probably will not be around much.

Obviously the diet went out of the window yesterday and ended up eating F & C at 10.00pm which is when they finally got her a bed.

Gals the NHS has gone down the pan - big time

{{{{{{{{ Janet }}}}}}}}}}

I am thinking about you - I went through the same thing with my Mum and I know how you are feeling.

I hope she recovers and in the meantime take care of yourself.

Lots of love and hugs
