-Dumbbell bench press with two 25# DBs
-DB overhead press, bicep curls, lunges with two 20# DB
-15 minutes on arc trainer
-Lat pulldown, between 80-110 lbs

Well, I've been exercising but being very careful not to do anything that stresses the IT band area - stayed away from squats and no running. Also been strengthening and stretching that area. It's been a week and I worked it for the first time today. I did a DVD that includes lunges, suicides, minor squat action and a lot of plyometrics. It felt fine. First run tomorrow. I am SO NERVOUS!!

60 minutes elliptical, alternating forward and backward, random intervals, resistance at nine, which means it goes as high as 13, which is tough!
