December 1: 60 minute Spin class-- great class! Thought I might make bikram yoga this afternoon but I have a sick mini cooper to deal with.

60 minutes spin class, with weight intervals
60 minutes Pilates mat class

-15 minutes HIIT on treadmill
-15 minutes arc trainer
-30 minutes weights: lat pulldowns, flat bench press w/dumbbells, lunges, overhead DB presses, bodyweight squats (I don't want to throw out my back again just yet).

15 minutes Stairmaster, aerobic intervals, resistance at nine
60 minutes shoulders, biceps and triceps routine
45 minute spin class, completely full, as we begin the holiday routine of "repentant" Sundays
