12/1:
-15 minutes HIIT on treadmill -15 minutes arc trainer -30 minutes weights: lat pulldowns, flat bench press w/dumbbells, lunges, overhead DB presses, bodyweight squats (I don't want to throw out my back again just yet). |
December 1:
43 minutes P90X Cardio X 50 Minutes lifting - arms and back |
