Me too! Haven't hit the scale yet but I know there are an extra 3-5 lbs. lurking on my body's bottom half.

Yes, please. I was quite careful over the time but didn't do as much formal exercise. Result = a bit squidgier. Not the result I'm looking for.

Exclamation Accident coming down the mountain

You know how more accidents are said to happen on the way down as you start to relax?

As you know, I *never* eat Bombay mix (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombay_mix) nor chocolate biscuits. They are just not part of my religion.

What have I been eating yesterday and today? Yes, you guessed it.

Scramble the Search and Rescue helicopter to save me from myself. The holidays are over and I needn't bother with junk at this late stage. Or ever. I never have much before.

Trousers? I hear you ask. Not a hope, friends, not a hope.

Definitely needed! I used to be an exercise junkie--don't know what happened, but I've got to get back into the groove.

Yep, I'm in. 2010 has to be the year of maintaining the 25 pounds off, and of chasing that final single-digit something. I feel puffy ... at 150. At this point last year, I would have thought it miraculous. It's strange how things change. Got family consensus to throw out the leftover cookies ... now I have to be accountable to myself and my 3FC'ers for the rest of it. Thank God for the refuge. Is that "over the top?"?

I'm in! This last week at home, completely unstructured, was somewhat a disaster for me. I don't know why I do it. I can exercise but cannot for the life of me control what I put in my mouth--I'm like a vacuum because I suck up everything!

I will call this past year and month a success however. I did declare that I wanted to stay within a weight range, 133-135. Today I am 135. Tomorrow I will be back at work and back OP. This month I think I would like to lower the range. But I do not want my face to fall...

I had 7 days on, then fell off the wagon last night. blech. Rode the stationary bike for 35 min this morning, then ran 3.1 on the treadmill. Planning a swim this afternoon and OP food today. I barely squished into my size 8 jeans yesterday and I am looking forward to them being comfortable again.

Two POP days in a row. Plan on going to the gym, scratch that, going to the gym tomorrow.

Yes, Ward, the old pantsometer never lies....I wonder why I've been avoiding my jeans this month?

Today's looking good!
Breakfast: 1/2 bagel, pnb, protein shake
Lunch: morning star sausage X 2, eggs, a little cheddar and a ton of spinach with salsa on a smallish tortilla

I'll run today.
Dinner....hmmmm....TBD.

Woohoo! We can do it! I set my next mini-goal at 3lbs for Valentine's Day, feel free to join me!

My official gain for the holidays was half a pound. Not bad, not bad at all! Today will be day 4 POP.

Yeah, my good jeans are a bit tight with that muffin top thing going on. I HATE the muffin top! I'm in. But I'm in for more than 5 or 10 at this point. But I've been good at getting in my exercise. I doubt I missed more than one day in the past 6 weeks, but I've started logging my miles for 2010--so far 6.6 miles.
