Hi all, I have been absent due to busy-ness, but I've been POP all week! Got myself back on a better sleep schedule, thank goodness, so I've been able to consistently go to the gym early in the morning. Last week not getting my first "real" workout in until Thursday was just killing me. I must be an exercise-endorphin junkie.

I've finally got the food on track. Man it's hard to get back on track after the holidays.
Jessica, all the strength training and NRLW you've been doing has really paid off! Way to get your measurements down! (Way more important than the # on the scale, in my book.)
