SOPTB - I had a great salad and broiled salmon for my late lunch, so all I'll need is something light for later.

Sweetnsassyfied - welcome to the Staying On Plan thread.

SOPTB Wednesday was our anniversary.
I ate out in a restaurant for the first time in months --and while I ate as clean as I could --I put on a lb. Back up to 121 from 120 but had a great cardio/LB and abs weightlifting session today.
YAY!!

Katie - you can't gain a pound from a single meal unless you ate 3500 calories. It must just be water weight from too much salt in the meal. It will probably be gone by tomorrow.

Oh I know Carolyn --its just what happens to me when I eat out.
Last January when I was seriously losing weight (rather than in maintenance) I had lunch in an Asian fusion type of restaurant and it took me a week to lose the 2-3 lbs I put on from that one meal.
Anyway SOPTB I lost 1/2 of the lb I put on from eating out, and had a great workout.
The only problem is my husband wants to eat out once a week so I see myself staying in this cycle of 120 -121, but heck that's not so bad, though secretly I would like be in the range of 115 -120 then I would not care a bit about putting on and taking off a lb or two.

OOPS when I reread what I just wrote I thought --anyone would think I was nuts to care about putting on a lb!!!!!!
But I was ( secretly again lol!! since I am posting this on a public forum) hoping to keep losing a lb a month till I got in that lower range.

SOPTB my excuses are all over. The new babies have all been born. The kids birthdays are all done... My stress level is lowered for the time being. It's time to kick it back up a notch and lose these 3 lbs. that have been hanging on to my belly.

SOPTB I went out for lunch with my husband yesterday. For the first time in months I did not eat "clean". I had turkey on a bun with avocado, tomato, and carmelized onions. I asked for no dressing on my salad but they put it on and I ate it anyway.
Then I was so tired of watching him eat dessert when we go out that I had a small strawberry tart.
It was a good lesson as the "extras" did not really taste that great.
My body wasn't too happy either as it good rid of the grease pretty fast.
I am back to my committment to eat clean.
I was nervous about getting on the scale this morning but much to my surprise I was down to 119!!!!

Yeah Katie! You've met your secret wish to be under 120. Here's wishing you lose a few extra so you'll be able to have the water weight gain from restaurant food cushion like I have. My weight's been closer to 110 after a weekend's worth of eating away from home than the closer to 105 by the end of the week from eating salads at home.

The ladies 40-something are doing a five day challenge. I'd like to be OP for five days. I'll start today.

Glad to hear everyones SOP. I am because I'm back down to ticker weight after losing the 4 pounds of water weight I gained over a salt-laiden weekend.
