For eggs to replace your protein, you need 4 whole AND 2 whites to get enough protein, etc. Instead of meat... Lots of egg! Or you can add a couple ounces somewhere else in the day.
Also 1 whole egg and 2 whites can be used instead of an IP packet (I.e. Breakfast). It' salsa a less costly way to add the equivalent of an extra packet (I get a containers of whites).

Today we tried Dixie Carb Counters Pizza Crust Mix for pizza or flatbreads. A 1/8 slice of a 12 inch pizza is 3g net carbs. (7 g carbs, 4g fibre, 4g protein, 0 sugar/0 fat) It was dry as ... well.. let me just say "expletive" there and you can fill in your own swear word. BUT it was a solid nice little crust that didn"t fall apart. I think it would be awesome cut into crackers or strips to dip if you didn't want to make a pizza. Gave a nice "bread" feeling if anyone has a pizza or bread craving.
However, it really was so dry that I had it with my "rhubarb jam" that I made from the rhubarb and gelatin and that was much better! Sure did help me get my water intake in though! LOL
