You are doing great! I think our challenge ended with the long weekend. I almost did it. I managed a 21 pound loss one week late but I am fine with that.

I'm not going to my clinic this week so weighed myself after work with my clothes on to try and be consistent. Officially out of the 200s! Had to iron two pairs of pants today as the first were way too big. Wore the first pair of pants I didn't buy in the plus section today. It's been a very long time since I did that!

I thought it was the July long wknd for some reason, lol. I lost track I guess
Anyhow, Great NSV, although too bad you had to pull out the iron - extra work

..."iron"... isn't that a vitamin supplement? Lol! My husband cheekily pulled out the iron when we had company and asked the boys if they knew what it was or what it was for. Of course they didn't. I'm sure I was meant to be a lady of leisure with "people" to do those things .... sadly I have "champagne tastes and beer salary" as my mother would say.

I stink at laundry even more than ironing! If only I could get to the dryer when it finished, I probably wouldn't need the iron at all.

Just finished two days at a conference. I definitely wasn't perfect. Over on my protein, but didn't touch any of the sweet treats they put out for breaks. The second day buffet was filled will pasta, potatoes and off plan veggies. My colleague finally questioned why I was only eating salad and directly asked if I was on a diet. I didn't lie. She wasn't being rude about it. But it was a bit annoying that I am 50 pounds down and she hasn't noticed.

Conference is in Niagara Falls so hubby joined me last night. Looking for restaurants wasn't easy. The ones that work have much higher prices in tourist town. I didn't want to pay $50 for steak. Cuts in to my gambling $$. We went to the casino buffet for $20. I had a huge salad with onion and peppers, EVOO and lemon. Some roasted chicken and a slice of pork.

It is amazing how good you feel when you stay OP. Even when I over indulged on Thursday, I didn't give myself permission to continue it for my weekend away with DH. That is a huge change for me. I've been craving a diet Pepsi badly. Had one in my hand at the convenience store and then saw a Jones zilch sweetened with sucralose and chose that instead.

I don't know where the willpower comes from sometimes but I am glad it does!

I do need to start some light exercising. Not sure if any of you have been to the Falls, but the walk up the hill almost killed me!

WAY TO GO, ChipNDip!! Sometimes it's hard to stay on plan when at a convention/conference away. Sounds like you planned well, especially at the buffet. Best way to go for restaurants that aren't as pricey but still on plan is Chinese as you can get good fresh steamed veggies & meat for quite a decent price and you can have soysauce and chili Garlic sauce if you like it.

Your coworker probably didn't realize you were on a diet before because you haven't been that 'crankypants' that most calorie restrictive (via other modes) dieters are. Consider it an NSV

I loved Niagara falls, I went on the Maid of the Mist of course, and also went to the park that is right at the edge of the falls where you can see the river just drop over the cliff... mesmerizing! We went in the mid 90's, many moons ago now.

Sounds like an awesome trip to the Falls! I have a "hankering" to go now! We went with the kids for the "great Wolf Lodge" experience awhile ago. They keep asking to go back but I'd rather be closer to the falls so we can check out all the other tourist traps

This time of year they have fireworks on weekends. The fallsview warerpark is good too I heard. Our hotel had lots of coupons for restaurants and attractions. It wasn't very busy last night either.

A touch base. I've been phasing off for a while and tomorrow is technically the start of "maintenance" for me...however I may come back to Phase 1 in July/August if this last 10 ish pounds aren't off by then. BUT....surprisingly, I have LOST weight in Phase 3 rather than gaining! About 1.5 pounds during phase 3 lost! So I am actually going to experience my first ever "cheat" and have my first celebration day and enter Phase 4 TODAY rather than tomorrow. For good reason though. Today is my husband and my 17th Anniversary and it is also the celebration party for my parents 60th anniversary. I am going to enjoy a bit of food, a bit of drink and then whack myself back into pure IP tomorrow. I don't think that starting Phase 4 one day early after NEVER CHEATING so far will kill me. Pretty happy right now!!!

Three big congrats to you Sheri -- for meeting your goal, for sticking with the same Prince Charming for so many years , and one bouquet of flowers for the other wedding anniversary for your parents. What a "commitment celebration" for all of you

Have a great weekend. You deserve a party!

Thanks Liana. It's funny, the whole time on IP I thought I missed sandwiches...and I DREAMED of cake. I got both things at my parents anniversary and honestly could care less. We had a Costco cake, and I remember loving Costco cake. Maybe it was just *this* particular cake, but MAN WAS IT SWEET! I didn't really enjoy that one thing I was looking forward to. However, the one glass of white wine I had took effect fast!! That was fun.
