I'd love to hop on the "30 by Thanksgiving" train, too! I've never been in a challenge and just started IP last week. I am 100% OP but did not do well last week. I am needing to do IP without soy or sucralose so that really limits my options on food. I don't know if that's the reason for the slow loss but my first WI was only -4 lbs.
I did lose about 6 inches in the first week, though
Gotta keep it in perspective I guess.
Anyway, hope this newbie on the slow train can join all y'all
