I love this thread. Thanks for sharing your stats.

I've lost 19 in just under 4 weeks. When I started I was sugar/flour free and eating about 1200 calories but not losing. I had hoped for a faster loss because many people who weigh as much as I do are losing faster. But to be losing after many months of futile effort feels fantastic!

15 weeks and 116 Pounds Lost! 25#'s the first week., 107# in 3 months. I was HOOKED after the first week. Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in and marks the completion of week 16, I hope I hit 120 lost by then. But as long as I don't gain I will be happy.

My next goal is 125 because that is my half way mark. Looking at my numbers might drive some of you crazy. But look at my starting weight, 470. Remember average for a woman is 2-3 pounds a week and for a man is 5-7 pounds a week. Some weeks I kicked the snot out of the average, some I met it and some I did not meet it. This is a LIFE time change for me and hopefully many of you. I am ecstatic with how quickly it's happened for me but I need to stay focused on the end goal. Which is to weigh 220 pounds, a weight I have not seen in about twenty years.

Edit: No official exercise most of the time but I am so much more active.

61 lbs in 19 weeks. I have been struggling the last few weeks ever since I went to Rome for 6 days. Next week we are headed to Ireland for 10 days and I know I will not be able to be on program 100%. Love IP....it has changed my life!!

And no exercise here except we did walk nonstop in Rome and I walked leisurely occasionally 1-2x a week before it got to hot. I am looking forward to getting to the gym though although I have been too lazy to actually do it. I will go back for sure when we get back from Ireland.

You guys are amazing!!! These numbers are incredible!!! IP is the best!!!!

As for me, I have lost a total of 42 pound in 10 weeks. 31 pounds of that weightloss has been with IP over the past 6 weeks.

Wow, reading these post makes me even more excited. I'm at day 34 and 20.4 pounds lost. I walk Monday-Friday evenings about .6 a mile now, I increase a little more each week. I started this after the first two weeks of IP. I figure it would take untill November to get 70-100 pounds off but reading these posts I'm crossing my fingers it may happen sooner.

I've lost 68 pounds in 18 weeks, the only exercise being going up and down a couple big hills twice a day to feed my daughters' horses this last month.
